Be the hotel AI recommends to your guests

AI is already deciding which hotels get recommended. We make sure yours is one of them.

As seen on:

If AI can't find you, your guest books elsewhere.

AI doesn't recommend the best hotel, it recommends the most readable one.

Here's what's changing:

  • More than half of travellers already plan with AI, the fastest shift in guest behaviour in a decade.
  • Search used to show ten options. AI names one.
  • Today they discover with AI. Soon they'll book with it.
  • Size doesn't decide this. AI recommends the hotel it reads best, so the smallest hotel can be the most visible.

The question isn't how big your hotel is. It's whether AI can read it, and whether you're ready before your competitors are.

Invisibility has a price.

Around CHF 33,000 a season!

You won't see it on any invoice. No complaint, no cancellation, just guests who never find you. Here's what that quietly costs a 30-room hotel:

  • 200 nights a year means 6,000 room nights a season.
  • If just 10% of AI-influenced guests book elsewhere, that's around CHF 33,000 lost in a single season.
  • Over three years, close to CHF 99,000.

The coaching costs a fraction of one lost season. And unlike a lost season, you only pay for it once.

Still not sure?

Then start small with our free AI Visibility Snapshot.

You give us the key details about your hotel, and we take care of the rest. We take a first look at your visibility across all five areas and show you where AI already finds your hotel and where it doesn't yet.

We go through what we find together in a short call, 15 to 30 minutes, free and with no obligation. Afterwards you decide, in your own time, whether you want to go deeper with the coaching.

Your path to AI visibility, step by step

Over eight weeks we assess how visible your hotel really is to AI, and you walk away with a clear plan in hand.

Your website is only a fraction of what AI sees, and most providers stop right there. We look at the full picture, across five areas: your Google Business Profile, your website, your reviews, your OTA presence and what others say about you online.

We read your hotel the way the machine reads it, and uncover where that picture starts to crack.

Your eight weeks, from first call to final plan

Onboarding Kit: Everything that matters about AI in hospitality

Your foundation for the eight weeks: everything you need to know about AI in hospitality, clearly prepared, plus a preparation guide that gets you ready for the sessions. You don't start from scratch, but can speak up from the very first call and make sound decisions for your hotel.

Onboarding Call: We get to know your hotel before we begin

Before we analyse anything, we need to understand your hotel. In the onboarding call we clarify what your brand stands for, what makes your hotel special and which guests you want to reach. That's crucial, because AI visibility is not an end in itself. It has to be aligned with your audience. Without this foundation, every recommendation would be arbitrary. With it, everything that follows is tailored precisely to your situation.

Full AI Visibility Audit: We check your visibility across all five areas, by hand

This is the heart of the programme. We check the five areas that decide whether AI recommends your hotel:

  • Your website: technical accessibility, well-structured content, structured data, up-to-date information and access for the relevant search and AI crawlers. Structured data explicitly helps engines classify your content and your business.
  • Google Business Profile: complete, current information, the right categories, images, offers and consistent hotel data. Google ranks local results by relevance, distance and prominence.
  • OTAs and booking platforms: Booking.com, Expedia, Tripadvisor and relevant regional portals. They give AI extra signals on amenities, location, price, availability and positioning.
  • Reviews and reputation: the number, recency, quality and substance of your reviews, not just the star rating. Recurring phrases like "great for families" or "ideal for hiking" help AI match your hotel to specific needs.
  • External authority and mentions: press, travel portals, destination sites, industry directories, awards, associations, blogs and quality backlinks. They confirm what your hotel says about itself and build prominence and credibility.

Implementation Manual: You know exactly what to do and in which order

In the end you walk away not just with insights, but with a finished roadmap in hand. We put all the results from the analyses in writing for you and translate them into a prioritised checklist in red, orange and green. You see at a glance what's urgent, what can wait and where you're already strong. Every to-do is clearly defined, with a concrete action, the person responsible and the next step. So no one on your team has to guess what to do.

Your Personal AI Navigator: So you stay on the right track going forward

Your reference guide for every AI decision that comes after the coaching. With the MAp Decision Framework you make those calls yourself, instead of googling from scratch or asking an agency each time. Plus clear guardrails for ethics and data security, and proven prompts tailored to your hotel and team size. That way you stay visible and in control, even as the AI world keeps moving.

Closing Session: All your open questions, answered

We answer any open questions and make sure you know exactly how to move forward. You leave the coaching not with a pile of material, but with a clear plan.

Personal Calls: You're never alone with the results

Over the eight weeks we guide you through five personal calls in total: the onboarding call, three analysis calls and the closing session. The three analysis calls in detail:

  • Call 1: Where you stand. We go through the signals you control, your Google Business Profile, website, reviews and OTA presence, and set priorities together, area by area.
  • Call 2: What others say. We look at the external signals: what others say about you online, how findable you are beyond Google, travel press and community. The full picture AI sees.
  • Call 3: Coaching. No new plan, you already know your priorities. This session is your coaching on ethics, data security, the best prompts and the MAp Decision Framework you'll reuse every time AI shifts again.

From South Tyrol to Sri Lanka: a look at some of the hotels we make visible

Since 2014, we've guided independent hotels and selected hospitality brands around the globe. More recently, we've added a new focus: making hotels visible to AI.

6

Is this right for your hotel?

YES, if you want an honest picture of where AI is losing your hotel, what to fix first, and how to stay visible as search shifts to AI.

This is for you if:

  • You own or run an independent hotel and decide where it goes.
  • You sense the ground shifting under search and want a clear response.
  • You'd rather lead this change than react to it late.
  • There's someone on the team ready to act on what we find.

AI Visibility: your questions answered

How does the coaching work?

It runs over eight weeks and combines personal calls with our in-depth assessment of your AI visibility. We check the five areas AI uses to build its picture of your hotel, go through the results with you and set clear priorities together. In the end you have a full overview, a prioritised checklist and your personal AI playbook in hand. All sessions take place virtually, wherever your hotel is.

What does AI visibility mean for a hotel?

AI visibility describes how well artificial intelligence can read, understand and recommend your hotel. Tools like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews or Perplexity draw their answers from your Google Business Profile, your website, your reviews and your OTA presence. If these sources are incomplete or inconsistent, your hotel drops out of the recommendation. AI visibility therefore decides whether you appear in AI-driven searches, or whether the machine names your competitor instead.

What makes you different from an agency or a tool?

A tool gives you a result. We tell you what to do with it, and that matters, because machines make things up. Experienced people run the core assessment by hand: we check, verify and interpret, then turn it into clear priorities. We combine over eleven years of hospitality experience with AI expertise and are B Corp certified, so every recommendation protects your team, your guests and your values. You don't get an off-the-shelf answer, but a strategy that fits your hotel and the knowledge to run it yourself.

Why is AI visibility so important right now?

More than half of travellers already use AI to plan their trips, the fastest shift in guest behaviour the industry has seen in a decade. AI no longer shows ten results, it names one or two. Guests use it to discover today, and will use it to book tomorrow. The hotels that are readable now stay in the conversation, and size doesn't decide it: AI recommends the hotel it can read best, so the smallest hotel can be the most visible.

What does the AI Coaching cost?

There are three tiers, priced by scope rather than room count. Basic starts at CHF 5,000, Core at CHF 9,500, and Advanced is priced on request for groups and multi-location properties. Each includes the full assessment of all five visibility areas, a prioritised checklist and your personal AI playbook, guided in personal calls across eight weeks. All sessions are virtual, wherever your hotel is.

Who is the AI Coaching right for?

For owners and managers of independent hotels who want an honest picture of where their hotel stands in an AI-driven world. It's for people who make the calls, sense the shift to AI and want to be ready before competitors pull ahead. It's not for large chains with their own structures, for tool training, or for anyone who just wants a piece of software installed.

Is the investment worth it?

Consider a 30-room hotel with 200 nights a year, so 6,000 room nights a season. If just 10% of AI-influenced guests book elsewhere, that's around CHF 33,000 lost in a single season, and close to CHF 99,000 over three years. The programme costs a fraction of one lost season, and you pay for it once. You also walk away with a decision framework you can reuse every time AI shifts again.
